Picture sound and the KEF Muon is intended to deliver. KEF, a world-leader in loudspeaker engineering partnered with Ross Lovegrove, a pioneer and visionary industrial designer, to create these "super formed" aluminum speakers. These ultra-exclusive speakers are a limited edition with only 100 pairs manufactured. At six-feet tall, the eight-speaker set-ups weigh 253 pounds each. Each speaker starts as a block of solid aluminum and is transformed using computer-aided manufacturing. In Lovegrove's style, he uses his "fat free" design approach to trim the form down to its essentials to deliver the ultimate in form and function. While these speakers are lean and mean, at $140,000 a pair, these speakers deliver high-impact sound for those with high-impact bank accounts.
