sweetriot - A Nib of Cacao
While in New York City earlier this year for a conference, I learned of a chocolate company that is bringing cacao to the masses - sweetriot. sweetriot uses 'peaces' of the cacao bean (what sweetriot refers to as "true chocolate") and covers it with dark chocolate.
I had the opportunity to meet Mastermind and Chief Rioter Sarah Endline, view the sweetriot office and taste the nibs. Every sweetriot tin provides you with healthy antioxidants, only 1-2 calories per crunch, and a great little snack for that fix of chocolate.
